All orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. Please note that online orders are not processed over the weekend or on pubic holidays. The ETA's below are shipping times from when your order has been dispatched.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW - AU ORDERS
- Delivery times are stated in business days.
- Express orders must be placed before 12pm AEST Monday - Friday to be processed on the same day.
- KAIA AND JAC are not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post, especially during high volume seasons. The delivery estimations available are quite reliable and quick.
- If the customer gives courier authority to deliver without a signature or the customer gives the courier authority to leave, KAIA AND JAC is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. KAIA AND JAC will not be able to refund or resend the parcel. Thank you for understanding.
