Online Returns Policy

It is our main priority that you are completely satisfied with our products, which is why we offer a store credit or an exchange on full priced items (sale items excluded unless faulty) purchased online subject to the following conditions;

  • The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached.
  • The item has absolutely no marks, stains or odour (including makeup, fake tan, deodorant, perfume, body odour and washing powder).
  • The garment is returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • A receipt and proof of purchase is available. 

KAIA AND JAC reserves the right to reject returns beyond the period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by KAIA AND JAC.

REQUESTING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

DOMESTIC (AU)

All return shipping is covered by a flat fee of $10 and is couriered via Australia Post. These costs are the responsibility of the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed faulty by our team. 

Please email us at info@kaiaandjac.com with your name, your order number and if you require a store credit or exchange. 

INTERNATIONAL

We are unable to offer exchanges on international orders. However, if you are wanting to return an item for a store credit please email info@kaiaandjac.com and return the item to us in exchange for a store credit.

CANCELLATIONS 

If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel an order, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

FAULTY ITEMS

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty item. Please contact our Customer Care team at info@kaiaandjac.com to notify us of any issue and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible. 

IMPORTANT EXCEPTIONS 

Sale Items: KAIA AND JAC does not accept returns (refund or exchange) on any sale items unless deemed faulty.
